JSMU issues list of eligible candidates for admission

KARACHI: Jinnah Sindh Medical University(JSMU) had released the list of qualified candidates on its website for admission to private medical and dental colleges in Sindh. 

A total of 12,128 applications for admission to MBBS and BDS programmes in Sindh's private medical and dental institutions and universities were processed through the JSMU admissions portal.

According to Dr Fatima Abid, Director Admissions, JSMU, the university accepted a total of 12,128 applications for admissions on a total of 1,940 seats in Sindh's private medical and dental colleges and universities' MBBS and BDS disciplines. 

Following the review of applications, the portal published a list of 6,781 qualified individuals.

According to the directions of the Government of Sindh, a minimum pass rate of 50% in MDCAT was determined. 

Aspirants could check their status by inputting their National Identity Card number into the portal. Candidates who have submitted applications but need to change their data or papers might do so through the portal within two days.
