KARACHI: Sindh Health Department has constituted a six-member Exhumation Board for the postmortem of Dr Aamir Liaquat Hussain to confirm the reason for his death.

The Exhumation Board comprised of Dr Summaiya Syed, Police Surgeon, Karachi (chairperson/convener), Dr Shahid Nizam, Additional Police Surgeon (senior member), Prof Dr Pervez Makhdoom, HOD, Department of Forensic Medicine, Jinnah Sindh Medical University (forensic expert), Dr Hari Ram Lohana, Assistant Professor of Forensic Medicine, Shaheed Mohtarma Medical College, Lyari( forensic expert), Dr Gulzar Ali Solangi, Medico-Legal Officer, Civil Hospital Karachi, (member) and Dr Muhammad Areeb Bakhai, Medico-Legal Officer, JPMC, Karachi, (member).   

The exhumation of the grave of Dr Aamir Liaquat Hussain will be held on 23 June 2022 at the Graveyard of Abdullah Shah Ghazi Shrine, Karachi, in the presence of Judicial Magistrate East Karachi.
