Prof Dr Nadia Naseem assumes additional charge as UHS Vice Chancellor

LAHORE: Prof Dr Nadia Naseem has assumed the additional charge of Vice Chancellor of the University of Health Sciences (UHS) Lahore, marking a significant leadership transition at one of Pakistan's leading public-sector medical universities.

The appointment comes under a notification issued by the Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education (SHC&ME) Department, Government of Punjab, following the completion of the four-year tenure of Prof Dr Ahsan Waheed Rathore as Vice Chancellor.

Prof Nadia officially assumed her new responsibilities, bringing with her decades of experience in medical education, academic leadership, university administration and biomedical research.
