ISLAMABAD: In a landmark decision, Pakistan has officially capped tuition fees at PKR 1.8 million per year for MBBS and BDS programs in private medical and dental colleges. This move aims to curb rising education costs, ensure transparency, and make medical education accessible to all.

✅ Annual Cap: PKR 1.8M for MBBS/BDS
✅ Max Fee Allowed: PKR 2.5M (only with PM&DC approval)
✅ Annual Adjustments: Based on inflation (CPI)
✅ Duration: 5 years (MBBS) & 4 years (BDS)
