Nabaa Naveed becomes first Pakistani to be chosen for the CRISP

BIRMINGHAM: Nabaa Naveed is the first Pakistani and foreign undergraduate student to be selected for the CRISP Cancer Research Program in the United States.

The CRISP Cancer Research Program was established for undergraduates interested in pursuing careers in cancer research and associated health disciplines.

The selected students receive a stipend, and the programme will run for eight weeks. Currently, Naaba Naveed is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biology at The University of Alabama at Birmingham.
