Revital healthcare to supply medical equipment to Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: A company in Kilifi that makes medical devices has agreed to sell medical equipment to the government of Pakistan.

The company Revital healthcare sent more than 3 billion 0.5 ml vaccination syringes in three shipments to Pakistan.

During the event, Roveek Vora, who is the director of sales and marketing product development for Revital healthcare, said that the contract is good for two years.

The company is the only one in Africa that makes medical devices, and it is one of sixty known manufacturers around the world.

He said that this is because the governments of Kenya and Pakistan are getting along better.

During the height of the Covid-19 epidemic, the company became known for making the Viral Transport Meia, which was used to test the coronavirus.

But the company said that the Kenyan government should buy from local businesses to help them grow.
