KARACHI: Condemning the recent attacks on Pakistani citizens, especially medical students, in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, the Pakistan Medical Association (PMA) expressed solidarity with the victims and their families, demanding a probe into these incidents.
In a press release, the PMA says it is deeply saddened to learn about the attacks leaving several Pakistani students in Bishkek injured, and sympathizes with them and their families.
The PMA says such senseless acts of violence targeting innocent Pakistani medical students could not be accepted and demands a thorough probe into these episodes and that the Kyrgyz authorities should ensure their safety and well-being.
The PMA also seeks prompt measures by the Government of Pakistan to assist the victims of these attacks and their families.
“We also call upon the international community to condemn this attack
