KARACHI: In a remarkable display of unity and forward-thinking, the Pakistan Health Care Trust (PHCT) Hospital in Nazimabad hosted a vibrant Eid Milan gathering, bringing together senior healthcare executives from across Karachi. Dr. Moinuddin Hussaini, a prominent figure at PHCT, welcomed the distinguished guests, including CEOs, medical superintendents, directors, and administrators from leading healthcare institutions. He emphasized PHCT's unwavering dedication to providing accessible, quality healthcare to all segments of society.​

"PHCT is a not-for-profit initiative committed to serving humanity," Dr. Hussaini stated. "Our Nazimabad facility, spanning over two acres, is steadily expanding and now offers services to corporate clients through insurance empanelment."​

The Eid Milan also served as a prelude to an upcoming milestone for PHCT. Dr. Safia Asif, Chief Medical Officer of the hospital and host of the event, announced a grand inauguration ceremony scheduled for Sunday, April 27, 2025, to formally mark the hospital's launch.​

During a guided tour, Dr. Safia highlighted the hospital's comprehensive services, including outpatient specialty clinics, diagnostic services such as laboratory, X-ray, and ultrasound, as well as inpatient departments like ICU, NICU, PICU, pediatrics, medicine, general and laparoscopic surgery, and orthopedics.​

Adding a forward-looking perspective, Adnan Siddiqui, Chief Operating Officer of EzShifa, underscored the transformative potential of digital health technologies.
