Imran Khan shot in assassination attempt

Wazirabad: Imran Khan has reportedly, been shot in the leg during an assassination attempt in Gujranwala on Thursday 3rd November 2022

Imran Khan was present at a rally in Wazirabad where a gunman shot fire during his speech. Supporters say he has survived the attempt. However, the former Prime Minister has suffered an injury as the bullet landed on his leg.

The peaceful protesters swiftly moved the former PM to safety after a sudden commotion sprung up, at the rally. 

While Imran Khan survived the assassination attempt, the crowd surrounding him is reportedly injured.

According to sources, one person has died while 3 others are injured. The injured persons include Mr Faisal Jawed and Mr Ahmed Chatha.
