Family Medicine Center inaugurated at DUHS

KARACHI- Provincial Minister for Sindh Dr Sikandar Ali Mandhro said involvement of civil society and elected representatives was necessary for timely completion of projects.

This he said while speaking as chief guest during inaugural ceremony of Family Clinic established by Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS) at Chanesar Goth.

Dr Sikandar Mandhro said education and health are priority from the first day of the Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah and Sindh government encourages this move of Dow University and will provide all assistance to health facility for public.

Speaking to the ceremony, Vice Chancellor, DUHS, Dr Mohammad Saeed Quraishy said "Dow University, despite its limited resources, is trying to provide health to the public.” Government of Sindh has already been patronizing and encouraging us, it requires further growth” he said. He said our Defense campus is in the process of completion.

After completing the two floors, the PMDC requirement will also be fulfilled.

Member Provincial Assembly (MPA), Saeed Ghani, Vice Principal of Dow International Medical College (DIMC) Dr Ashar Ashfaque, Dr Amina Tarique Sheikh were also present on the occasion.
