Nothing learnt from Sri Lankan man incident, Karachi mob kills two citizens

KARACHI: In a horrifying event, two telecom company employees were tortured to death in Karachi by a mob. Men and children comprised the crowd that attacked innocent employees of a private telecom company.

The event occurred at Machar Colony, where two telecommunications company employees were tortured to death by a crowd when they arrived to verify the area's cellular network signals.

SSP Kemari Fida Hussain Janwari stated that Machar Colony is a backward section of the city and that the furious mob attacked the staff of the telecom business due to false claims that dacoits had arrived in the area to abduct children.

The policeman stated that the employees were attempting to escape the mob. But the automobile was pulled to the ground, and the mob tortured individuals to death with building blocks.
