A graduate of Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS), Dr. Javeria Rao (P.T.), has brought international recognition to Pakistan after winning the prestigious Outstanding Diplomacy Award at the Neoteric Summit Model United Nations (MUN) 2026 held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The summit, themed “Enabling Future Diplomats,” took place from June 11 to 14 and brought together aspiring diplomats, youth leaders, and students from different countries to engage in dialogue on global challenges and international cooperation.
Representing Pakistan on the international stage, Dr. Javeria Rao served as the delegate of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and was recognized for her eloquence, composure, and diplomatic skills during the conference.
Pakistan represented at global diplomacy forum
According to Dow University of Health Sciences, Dr. Javeria Rao is a former Joint Secretary of the DUHS Literary and Debating Society and demonstrated exceptional command of diplomatic discourse while participating in committee deliberations and discussions.
The conference was organized by Neoterican in collaboration with several international partners, including the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), and focused on developing leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills among future diplomats.

In recognition of her performance, Dr. Javeria Rao received the Outstanding Diplomacy Award, one of the summit’s highest distinctions.
