PMA delegation strengthens collaboration with Chinese Medical Association
KARACHI: A high-level delegation from the Pakistan Medical Association (PMA) has successfully concluded a landmark visit to China, participating in the 110th-anniversary celebration of the Chinese Medical Association (CMA). The visit marked a significant milestone in building stronger professional ties and promoting collaborative healthcare efforts between Pakistan and China.
The PMA delegation included president Dr. Izhar Chaudhary, secretary general Dr. Abdul Ghafoor Shoro, finance secretary Prof. Shahid Shamim, and Prof. Ashraf Nizami. The team extended heartfelt congratulations to the new CMA leadership and reiterated PMA’s commitment to advancing global health through international cooperation.
During his address at the International Symposium on International Collaboration for Health, Dr. Abdul Ghafoor Shoro delivered an impactful message calling for strategic investment in healthcare.
