CEO Getz Pharma receives Tamgha – e- Imtiaz

Islamabad: Mr Khalid Mahmood, CEO of Getz Pharma, has received the Tamgha-e-Imtiaz (Medal of Excellence), by the President, Dr Arif Alvi, for his outstanding contribution to the health and economic well-being of Pakistan.

Under the leadership of Khalid Mahmood’s leadership, Getz Pharma has expanded its business operations to more than 30 countries, ensuring that world-class medicines reach patients across the globe. 

Getz Pharma’s manufacturing space is supremely qualified and approved by the World Health Organization (WHO), Geneva. Several other member countries of the Pharmaceutical Inspection Co-operation Scheme (PIC/S) also approve of the world-class facility. 

Getz Pharma has also received the Highest Export Performance Award in the pharmaceutical sector by the Prime Minister of Pakistan. 

The company is the largest investor of the pharmaceutical industry and the only pharmaceutical manufacturing company in South Asia to achieve the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Platinum Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
