Yasmin comments on Sehat Sahulat Card

LAHORE- Yasmin Rashid, Health Minister, Punjab, directed the Department of Specialized Health and Medical Education to disseminate the Sehat Sahulat Card statistics.

Free treatment facilities have been offered for 47 billion rupees. Through the sehat sahulat card, 803 government and private institutions have been designated to give the people of Punjab free medical care.

According to the data, more than 4.46 million people in Punjab have received free dialysis through the Sehat Sahulat Card. Imran Sikandar Baloch, secretary of health for Punjab, stated that more than 47 thousand individuals had obtained free cardiac angiography through the Sahat Sahulat card. 

Through the Sahat Sahulat card, more than 1.63 million women in Punjab have received free caesarean birth. Additionally, more than 38 thousand women have had regular deliveries.

More than 30,000 patients in Punjab have received free hernia surgery using the Sahat Sahulat card. Through the Sehat Sahulat card, more than 28,000 patients in Punjab have received free chemotherapy. Secretary of Health Punjab stated that more than 1,300,000 individuals had received free eye care in Punjab to date. Through the sehat sahulat card, we strive to deliver as many free medical services as possible.
