LAHORE: The high-level meeting chaired by Raja Muhammad Basharat, Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs, reviewed the terms and conditions for six chairmen of Punjab Drug Courts.

Dr Yasmeen Rashid, Minister of Health, Punjab, along with law, prosecution and finance departments' secretaries and senior judicial officers, attended the meeting.

Raja Basharat directed that the orders of the Lahore High Court should be followed while reviewing the terms and conditions. He said the approval was given for setting up six drug courts in the province.

Under the decision, drug courts were set up in Lahore, Gujranwala, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Bahawalpur.
