Condolence Meeting organized for late Prof Mohammad Afzal Farooqi

Karachi: The Faculty of Sindh Institute of Urology and Transplantation (SIUT), Karachi organized a condolence meeting for prayers and remembrance of Prof Muhammad Afzal Farooqi, following his sudden, untimely death.

Prof Farooqi was a renowned urologist who served the patients well and trained numerous doctors who are eminent urologist across the country. His surgical skills were widely known in the country.

Prof Farooqi remained on many key posts. He worked as a Principal Rawalpindi Medical College and Head of Allied Hospitals. He remained an examiner of college of Physicians and Surgeons (CPSP). He was an active member of Pakistan Association of Urological Surgeons (PAUS).

The Faculty members paid glowing tributes to Prof Afzal for his remarkable services for the medical fraternity. May God rest his soul in peace, and give his family courage to bear the loss.
