Another polio case surfaces in Sindh

KARACHI: The Emergency Operation Centre (EOC) for Polio in Sindh recently confirmed one new polio case from the District Kambar, taking the total tally of Sindh to 17.

Spokesperson, EOC Sindh, said a 3-year-old female child had been affected by polio in the District Kambar.

The total number of cases in Pakistan has reached 47 out of which 19 are in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 17 are in Sindh, ten are in Baluchistan, and one is in Punjab.
