KMC’s heatstroke relief centres

KARACHI- Karachi Metropolitan Corporation has set up heatstroke relief centres at its health facilities.

The centres have been established at Abbasi Shaheed Hospital, Sobhraj Maternity Hospital, Landhi Medical Centre, Sarfraz Rafiqui Shaheed Hospital, Gazdarabad Hospital, Karachi Institute of Heart Diseases, Soldier Bazaar Maternity Home, PIB Maternity Home, Liaquatabad Maternity Home, Model Colony Maternity Home, Korangi 2 ½ Maternity Home, MS Centre Sindhi Muslim Society, Shanti Nagar, Landhi Dispensary, Landhi Cardiac Centre, Shah Faisal Cardiac Centre, Shah Faisal Maternity Home, Lyari Primary Health Care Centre, Spencer’s Eye Hospital, Homeopathic Hospital Nazimabad, Manghopir Maternity Home, Manghopir Leprosy Hospital, Miran Naka Maternity Home, Mehmoodabad Maternity Home, Hijrat Colony Dispensary, Staff Clinic Liaquatbad, Khokhrapar M.C.S Centre, Keamari Maternity Home, Gadap Dispensary, Bin Qasim Dispensary, Gulshan-e-Hadeed Dispensary, Naik Mohammad Dispensary, Malir; Sharafi Goth Dispensary, Offices of Chief Medical Officer, West, South, Korangi, Central, Malir; Civic Centre’s KDA Polyclinic.

People have been advised to approach nearest relief centre in case of emergency.
